we can argue all day about ethics and ownership, but i'd say that the hard data supports panda over darox in terms of what the public thinks.

And I'd say it supports the opposite,

Technically, panda has no rights to it. It wasn't being worked on, but he stole the map and is now claiming his map is the official one. Maybe if he called it something else, like Island Defense Tribute, then people would be happy, but it's Darox's map. Not panda's.
