What? To be honest, I can't play a Single hacked map of mine (even after re-hacking or re-downloading the map) and I don't really like to use a different cheatpack as JJ's.
Hopefully JJ is going to fix his cheatpack asap..

I noticed some of you guys were asking how to downgrade. Well the easiest way to downgrade would be to use:
"Warcraft Version Switcher"
the "Warcraft Version Switcher Patch 1.23 - 1.24 Download & Guide" is located here:

and the version for 1.22 to 1.23 titled "How to Switch Warcraft 1.22 to 1.23 Patch and Back Again" is here:

If you want to switch to older versions you can add more versions to it although you will need to google up how to do it as I haven't tried adding extra versions to it.

To FainorTheGreat can I assume that all the cheated maps you tried were cheated with JJ2197's cheat pack since you didn't specify which cheat packs you were testing out?

Finally to initialD creator of Fai's cheat pack. Will your updated cheat pack be backwards compatible with older pathes? So like it can also work on older patches like 1.20, 1.21, 1.22 and 1.23 as well as with 1.24 or will it be the case where you have 2 versions of your cheat pack one being "pre 1.24" and another being "post 1.24"?

BTW why did you name your cheat pack Fai's cheat pack as opposed to say initialD's cheat pack? I would of thought the creator would of named it after himself.

PS I can't play on Battle.net and my pvpgn server uses 1.23 at the moment so I can't help beta test it for you initialD.

Guys, i'm not sure if you know this but maps with HKe's CP is still working. I'm not sure if it helped but i just wanted to tell you

it does work without the cheated maps, because they are legit. apparently the patch can tell the difference between a regular map and a cheated map... -.-

OK here is the informations you guys need.

JJ's cp : Won't work until JJ fix the H2I function.

Aero's cp: should Work

Xantan's cp : should work

Fai's cp: the latest version 4.2 should work

Weirdone cp: wont work until Weirdone fix the H2I function

HKE's cp: should work.

Sg guy's cp: Should work.

relax guys. And it's time you guys test a few more cp. The problem is that you all only use JJcp, that's why.



Just get Fai's cp ver4.2. It will work on all patches, including patch 1.24 and older patches. I have tested it in older patch it works. Now Georgemots is testing it for me on patch 1.24. It should work. Don't worry. Even if it doesn't work I can fix it. It's not the end of world. lol


Thanks to offer yourself as beta tester. I really appreciated it. Since I am using public computers now, in LAN shops, and they would probably update it to patch 1.24 after a few weeks I can't test anything now. But it's ok. Geoergemots is helping.



InitialD obviously isn't my real name. Of course I could name it Initiald's cp but I have a few "bad friends" they love to tease at me whenever I tell them I can do JASS. So they would probably laugh at me and think that I was lying if I named it initialD's cp. They wouldn't have believed initialD was me. That's why I just named it after my real name, Fai, just to shut their mouth up.
