To make a map like dota,
-create the terrain similar to dota
-create unique heroes
-create buildings
-create spawn system of creeps
-create other triggers such as kill/death system
and you have a map like dota.
How to make it? You have to learn how to code triggers and be willing to spend time.
Right now, you are expecting us to spoonfeed you all the information without bothering to search for any of the information yourself.
Same thing for your other "help dota lod map" topic. If you searched, there is a great topic that has a step-by-step what to do for opening the map. I won't mention where so you can go search for it.

and now you say you're asking only how to make dota 5v5 map to 6v6
