so many Convert____s...
I thought it was better/faster to just use the constants

anyway, just curious...
hypothetically, if there were two units,
one with 5000 hp, and the return rate of 100% and block rate of 100%
second with 5000 hp, 7000 base attack, and 0% rates
if 2 hits 1,
does 1 die? if so, who dies first?

also, if two units had return rates on and one hit the other, would the dmg bounce? xP

you can't block damage over your hp
i think die 2 unit

unit 1
HP 5000 and block rate 100% + return rate 100%

unit 2
HP 5000 and base damage 7000

unit 2 has return 7000 damage from unit 1
unit 1 has die because damage over hp from unit 2

======================================
CP has always destroy and save new value to update for calculate rate
it's disadvantage this CP to update and calculate value any time

I don't think so Fukki. Look at DotA games.
If Abaddon has 10 HP and activates ulty. Even 1000 damage will heal him.

normal block damage is save your hp before and after
then add new ability and add lost HP (before-after) from jass trigger

but fukki cp is not add new ability
it calculate and update damage to unit and add HP from damage*rate %

Edit:
i test it again block rate 100% (now HP/max HP)
HP 1/2000 and get damage 1300 -> unit not die
HP 1/2000 and get damage 3000 -> unit die

note: blocking rate can't block damage over your max HP

EX other block rate: Block Rate 90%
your unit have get 100 damage
now unit have get 10 from 100 damage (100-(100*90%))

Calculus: Damage - (Damage * Percent ) = Get Damage

Return damage seems to crash wc3 sometimes. Your CP is kinda like SGGUY's, inspired by him?
Yours have 2 pages, more functions. I am not certain what hp rate does, hp regen?
anyways it's a great cp. good job.

i can't make regen rate because it leak trigger from percent
so i add steal hp and steal mana

If LoA has 500 max hp and he receives 550 damage in a single hit he will die. Is what Fukki is trying to say I guess.
