In another post it's mentioned that it's FAI's CP (version 3.9) that was 2012.

also ok i dont care thay thoth it was another cp and that someone put anuther cp in it was undescoverd,and noone found out how it activates untill 2019....


I was just the first one to raise question about it, most of time if I figure cheatpack in someone elses map, I wouldnt be asking it on forum. Considering how fast it got deciphered here, I wouldnt say its that high of encryption.
