[CC] Sunken City v2.4.4c

Hello.
Map name : Sunken City v2.4.4c
Request : remove Anticheats and add JJ2197's Cheat Pack and fukki's Cheat Pack [Which i have but i want a custom command added also]z

I have the map with the cheat packs added, what I'm looking for is a command to adjust skill points/mastery in the game. This is specific to this game and I don't see a command listed in the cheat packs to adjust these. Hard to explain unless you've played but a quick load of the game and you can see mastery points also ability points to select skills and increase some damage with mastery. If you need clarifying let me know ill do me best. Also Glyphs the number is set to 1 that you can use is it possible to increase this.
