I'm a complete noob have no experience in World Editor, but i think that missing file is because of Vexorian's Map Optimizer.

I can only make it openable in WE, but cannot recover all the missing files. Please wait for S.Mod for a proper answer.

I should have further explained, attempting to open the map I was met with that error. I was not able to even open it successfully with missing files.

Deprotect is only about to the map be openable on World Editor. There's no trigger recovery.

Yeah for some reason still does not allow me to even open the map.. Always returns with trigger data missing.

Try this. Tested and worked.

Make sure you are using a updated World Editor.
