I don't think you can actually use JJCP -spawn command in this map due to the PG Protection. If you still want to spawn items, then I recommend you to read this:
[GUIDE] Creating items in PG Maps [+MAKE YOUR OWN LIST]

After you read that, it's up to you what to do next.
