Custom commands:

-second time (will trigger the Last Bastion)
-dwarfland (will enable Dwarf's Land, takes some secs to enable) [extra]

The second time command doesn't give the last bastion to the living team.

I don't know what you meant but any player can use -second time... you don't need to give it to someone.
