Is it possible to find out the algorithm for obtaining any items in game?
Or file with this algorithm system, or any quests-cleaned.txt? With full description
I would also like to know the whole list of rewards for quests and the droplist from monsters and bosses, is it possible?

There's no quests-cleaned. It doesn't exists.
Open up the map in Ladik's MPQ Editor and extract the war3map.j file. You can read the file using Notepad++ or Jasscraft.
