First off, you must active the cheatpack by typing -potato and then pressing enter, after that you can use this command above to spawn items, units etc... there are many others you can use, use the -list(1-8) [Example: -list1, -list2 and so on] command to know more about them.

Where can I see the items when I used -spawn <raw code>. Also I don't how to read the cleaned-items. I just tried -itemid and tried spawning the certain ID it gives me. I tried -spawn 1075. But the item didn't show up.

Dude, there's no id 1075 in this item list. Try like so:
1. Select your hero;
2. Then use -spawn <raw code id>, try this one: -spawn hcun;
3. Profit.
