Seems to be an off-brand version of JJ's CP. From what I can see, it's only name-activated by "kt.anhhung". Not entirely sure, though.

Ok, if you want to use all commands cheats in this map your player name must be one of these 2 player name:
1. Spazzler
2. kt.anhhung

Then go to one of these two place and press ESC to use all comands cheats in the map
