[Map extraction] Getting a skin from a map

I'm making my own map, and this skin would look great, however I can't find it on any sites. Could someone please get it for me and post it here?

On my guide, download RMPQEx.
Then download this Listfile
Open the map with RMPQex, add that listfile (extract it first), hit auto search. Then before you hit extract all...make a blank folder wherever it's going to, and have all the files extract to that folder.
