Map Name: DotA 6.59 (AI or otherwise)
Compatibility: TFT 1.23
Map Link: http://www.dotahq.com/eng/DotA%20Allstars%20v6.59d.w3x
Request: Deprotect

First off, hello wc3edit peeps :P I've been lurking around for quite a long time, reading up on JASS and stuff (but it's beyond me - it's harder to understand than C++). At any rate, I've been trying for quite some time to deprotect the map just for the sake of viewing/editing the heroes. If it is possible, deprotect/restore it so that the heroes are customizable (taverns as well); nothing else needs to be recovered, including the items.

Thank you in advance; if you so wish it, you could direct me to a guide that works for DotA (seeing as xdep + SOC can only recover up to items).

Again, thanks to anyone who helps (and the people who want to, but cannot for some reason or another!)

Good day! (:

Thank you for the quick reply! :D Would there be anyway to say... restore the Heroes? If it would be, could you suggest programs/a procedure? (seeing as Silk doesn't work... or am I doing it wrongly?) Thank you!

Pardon me if this is against the rules/etiquette... o-o"

The problem I'm having with the map is that custom units cannot be restored - on using MPQ to add war3map.w3u (from SoC) to the .w3x map file, the World Editor crashes with an "insufficient memory" message. Would there be any way for me to recover the units? I've read the guide that Raamen gave the link to, but would it help to restore these units (for, afaik, they are not preplaced)?

Thank you :)
