[Request]Footmen Frenzy 5.4

I'm not sure if this is requested before but i couldn't find anything about it so.....If someone is kind enough please help me make a Hacked Footmen Frenzy 5.4 with the following cheats
-Cheaton (or something that turns cheats on)
-Money XX (xx=amount)
That is the only cheats i need and if its possible can you make that cheat only availible to the Red(host) spot only? Thank you very much.
