all rawcodes for jj's cheat pack

i was wondering were i can find all the raw codes for jj's like ground, units, items, spells and other stuff
JJ posted some here: jass-triggers-f4/list-of-rawcodes-t2648.html
I think that's everything included in WC3 by default, but you have to get your own information for custom items in maps.
