Maybe you're different, but if we had porn ads, I would definitely be blocking the ads.

For adblock, I just have a huge hosts file. Cool, huh? It's like 400KB long!
...mainly because I haven't bothered to see if there's adblock for Opera, lol

Just add entries to that.
I got a ton of different adblock extensions and userscripts for Opera when I Googled it. This was one of the first:
