You probably maphacked, spoofed, hosting program, etc...

If it says your CDKey was disabled, then you probably had some third party program that Warden deemed as interfering with its gameplay (whether it was or not).
If it says you can't connect to the server at this time, it's an IPBan, which could be for millions of reasons (like someone tried to log on with the same CDKey as you).
