Hello peepz. I have a way which allows you to make a paypal without any sending limits. If you would like one please leave a message here. I will not publicly display how to do it.

Do you know how to get a free credit card or how to do payment without a verified paypal's account?

This make more sense.

Would it be verified or unverified?
I have a method that you can use for free and get it verified, although it only works in the US I believe.
I also have a site that can give you up to 60 cents PayPal a day with like a few minutes of work :D

It will be UNverified with a 4200USD spending limit.
