This game is pretty awesome, but its too easy to hack and hex.

I'm pretty sure you can hack every online game if you're good enough. There's always loopholes. Even the really popular ones like say WC3, Gunbound, Rakion, MapleStory, etc...
They have good protections against it (I'm pretty sure MS and Rakion have the same protection....) but it doesn't mean it won't be bypassed eventually.

My brother gave it to me, and it's pretty good so far. Not spectacular, but it's still a decent play.

Err, why the hell would anyone pay for this? Get the .iso and use DaemonTools for once. The makers of D2 just want another cash cow after Mythos was shut down. It's a fun game, no doubt, I easily spent 40+ hours on it (Beat it on Hard, which unlocked Very Hard, so I had to beat it 6 times, once with every character on each mode) but it isn't worth the money you'd be spending. Multi-player won't be worth it at all on this game unless they make some drastic changes, which would effectively ruin the gameplay. Get the iso, mount it, play it, get over it and move on to the next game.

@Kelvingts

Why would that matter at all? For now, and I'm guessing a bit of the future, you're playing by yourself. So just don't do that and L2P and you'll be fine.
