i dont understand how the hell do i use this i tried the program but do i need some other program to go with it for the text to work?? i just dont get it also how do i make the language go from English to Japanese?????

It just changes the format of the words. It doesn't translate, it doesn't change the language, it changes the format. Have you ever copied anything, to end up with some funny vertical rectangles? This fixes that; it makes it all come out right when you paste things into WC3, or any program for that matter.

If this could help in correcting foreign character (kr/ru/cn/etcetera...) formats instead of garbled messages in the english warcraft 3 program... ...could you help me how to use this with tftlocal? I tried to click the mediafire video but link is dead.
