You would use an optimizer: Vexorian's Optimizer or HeavyLocker. I'm pretty sure both have been uploaded somewhere in the Tools section.

I keep meaning to update that thing. I think I uploaded it last year...
Okay, I just updated my tool collection. Bigger and better than ever. It's a 37mb .7z file, but it expands to about 200mb when uncompressed. Just a warning. Everything in it is the latest version, and I have quite a bit more in there than I did in my old collection. It's awesome.
