[Release] DotA Spree Sound Editor
Posted: June 11th, 2011, 9:34 am
Hey guys.
Just a quick tool I made the other day to help myself add the sound faster (if you have seen me doing so at the map discussions)
What it does: Switch the spree sounds in dota (Killing spree, first blood etc...) with the sounds from Duke Nukem (used in HoN)
I used it myself and seems to work okay... Just run it as administrator.
Usage: Open the .exe - > Click on the big button - > choose your dota map - > Map is saved as mapname~1.w3x
if your chosen map was
C:\games\wc3\maps\downloads\dota.w3x
yourr saved map will be
C:\games\wc3\maps\downloads\dota~1.w3x
If it was ~1 it will ~2 etc..
Unlike haxorizer, this tool is free of charge
And guess what? So is the source.
You can change the sound files at the folder, but keep them with the same names..
Remember I did that in a few moments so it might be buged (alot)... I uploaded the source also. Enjoy
Language: VB.NET 2010
Coded at: Visual Studio 2010
