I have been looking for a non .rar Cheatpack Detector And Inserter None Seem To Fit My Likings None I Found Work.
And Why For So Long Has There Not Been Any New Tools?

Ozzapoo is done developing cheatpack detector, so there won't be new releases.
Haxorizer is a good cheatpack inserter.

It's not hard to find cheatpacks in maps. Use eyes.exe. Or just search on a certain line from a cheatpack, and if you find that line, the cheatpack is probably there

What other tools are there? WarCraft 3 has so many tools, for pretty much everything. Not to mention its a pretty dead game...

I have this friend who has this ultimate map hack, that he and his friends made. You can see all chat(including observers), and also code in your own stuff,but that stuff is NO WAY, and nobody will release to public.
