Last hit is a strategy used in dota
to level up and get gold quicker.

I know about the last hit thing in dota, i may not seem like it but i'm so good at that map, that it's not fare to play with people anymore
That still leaves my question unanswered, what does he want?

I don't think there is a tool that can help you last hit things because that is player based.

The only tool you would be looking at to help you with at dota is one that shows the hp of people.
In other words, maphack.

You could turn hp bars permanetly on.
or if hes actually after numbers than i'm not sure,

I've looked for one of these because i fail at dota, but after reading, some people were talking about it and they said the only way to do it would be to make a program that reconizes pixels and attacks, or something to that level. So i dunno
