[ASK]how to edit the hero skills on the DoTA map

Hello, I hope it's always healthy today. I want to ask how to edit the hero skills on the DoTA map?
I do not have the expertise / can be said I am really a beginner.

If you want edit skills, you should extract the war3map.a from the map and insert into World Editor and do the changes there.

where can i find war3map.a. i tried to look with mpq master but i can't find it (maybe).
What software is needed?

Why are you using MPQ Master?! What the hell. That program is too old and outdated. Use LADIK'S MPQ Editor. Don't forget to use a listfile as well.

what do you mean is w3a ?, btw thanks for the mpq advice i just downloaded and tried it.

The next one would be war3map.u since the heroes informations are inside of it.

I just finished learning deprotection with a few constraints, the map cannot open (in the tutorial I have devolz), but I combined with X-Deprotecter, I finally got it.
back to my next question, I could not find the skill / hero xin (bucket spirit), (nb: I can only edit a skill with easy keywords "Firebolt / Rencarnation / etc" I have tried to raw code units and abilities but I can not get (sorry if I bother)).
map: dota v6.81 / 6.83
( nb: I have tried opening the full map "dota_v6.81d.w3x" and only the war3map.u / a section )
