How do I protect a map so people can't use MPQ editor to open it with or hide war3map.j? Or the best way to protect a map?

You can use. WC3 Map Optimizer. Vexorian's map optimizer

From whom you want to protect your map? And what for? If you want it to be unopenable in World Editor, then just use Vexorian's map optimizer(Wc3mapoptimizer). If you're thinking about something other than that, then it's almost impossible(maybe somewhere in depth of cafe.naver someone is trying to create such protection, heh.) to protect your map from being openable, for e.g. in MPQ Editor.

Asking cheaters for tools to protect a map. Not a smart move I have to say.
I mean yea we know the tools that cause us the most trouble, but we don't want those tools to spread to make our lives harder...

We can show him how to protect it today, and someone will request to deprotect it tomorrow. Then ask to insert JJCP and an item list. Then ask to translate to english. Then complain that the file size is too big or SP is not working.

I think his problem is other players that play with him.

they can open map in mpq editor and find activator. And they can be cheat master in next games.

Also they can open map in mpq editor and they can find it out that he is cheating.

hehe, someone got it! they open map and look for activators, but I also want some knowledge of good way to protect a map. XD

I know asking cheaters for protection is bad LOL but i mean, comon
