What should i type ingame to activate the cheats if the string Activator=" " or string Activator="NJNASD" or string Activator="-" or string Activator="@#!$@" ??

You must type the text between quotation marks
So if the code is

no it doesnt work if there is no - in the quotation mark. i have tried to enter the activator without the - if the string activator has no - but doesnt work

I was talking in general, some cheatpacks like Fai's CP work with the "-" or without.

what if a certain map has a name activator and i wanna use the cheat ? how can i change my name to that name ? do i have to open new account or use name spoof ?

Hardly you find a program working in RGC, they have a strong anticheat on their client.
