Can someone please post 1.72 or 1.73 which is the latest been trying to find or tell website where to get other then the naver due not being able to register without KSSN

This part of T4 doesn't seem to be working for me at all,
I wonder why
I even used all the skills to any/all mobs I can find and even Bosses
Can anybody help me with this prob and thank you!!!
Job 4 (T4)
Required 500k stats and 3 items below:- Prideful Leather Glove Of Assassinations - Type Weapon
- Paimon's Grieving Soul - Type Soul
- Prideful TaeRaeJinGap - Type Armor
For each job they have different condictions to change into T4Spoiler:
