Dota 6.75 will contain new heroes

Guys, I saw on some chinese websites that DotA 6.75 map will contain 2 new heroes, one of them got leaked in the beta map.. Icefrog says the map will be out around 1st october, what you guys say??

It's out now, one of them is a Frost Wyrm hero, who can force enemies to attack other enemies. The other is a Geomancer like hero who can create a clone with functional items - if you don't click me a dagon on him you get to use it twice.

And dagon got buffed, weeee. And don't forget AoE 100% evade buff, like turning everyone into windrunners.
