Guys i need to know how to edit the name of dota. I don't mean changing the description of the map, what i want is to edit the name in the list of the maps. hope this pic can help you. 
i tried editing saving with we and weu but crashed and hexed the w3i file but nothing. i even edited the war3map.wts file by adding some sort of Strings i saw but i am doing something wrong. Any Help??? EDIT: The Map is Deprotected and the crash comes only with Dota Maps |

you need to edit/hex the w3i and the w3x file itself! |

use xvi32 .. its a free hexeditor open the map with it.. you will see it at the header |

but dota doesn't seem to have war3map.w3x. you mean that must open the map with the hex editor you said directly and edit the name without messing with the w3i and w3x? (whats that w3x?) |
