Creep Give Gold

May I know how do you make creep give gold?
I set there's a gold bounty,but the opponent team's creep just won't give me gold.
Nature creep do give gold though.
May I know how do I made normal creep give gold too?
Anyway,I'm making a hero defence game here.

-None
Action
-Player - Turn Give Bounty On For Player 1(Red)
-Player - Turn Give Bounty On For Player 7(Green)
