Searching for a JASS trigger file

Hey guys. Is it possible to import another trigger file in MPQ archive, instead of a default war3map.j one?
Seems like i can't find some of the map functions in default trigger file because there is another hidden jass script file. Where is it declared? Is it possible to read this declaration from RAM? Any ideas/advice how to find it?
