War3map.j help...

Hey, Ive extracted a war3map.j file from a map as ive done in a few others, but with this map;Cyaber rpg, all of the item and unit codes seem to be excrypted or something, cant really find any answers looking through the forum, could anyone give me a hint on how to fix it or let me know if it is fixable please.
