About your problem , ask them deleted non cheated map
also Warcraft is dumb so that thing happen pretty often without reason

Hello~ There some problem here. After I Edited the J file inside the map, the map is can launch properly. But If someone tries to join my map, they will always stack at either 1 or 7. And I am for sure they all have downloaded the map that I edited. |

If you play at 1.30+ It doesn't gonna happen. Tried myself with friends. |
