I have used WC3 Optmizer on this map but it was error called "Couldn't find the script file"
Can someone tell me why this error happen to this map and how to solve ?

It's because the map is already optimized with W3x2lni.
But if you really want, you can extract the script and optimize it apart with vexorian.
