help opening hero of the empire map in RMPQEx

i want to open this map in RMPQEx but it says File is not an MPQ archive, someone help me with this
also i want to reach triggers for the abilities of blacksmith Merge and Forge, please provide me abilities rawcodes file
and tell me how to reach that big triggers list, i remember it was from RMPQEx but am not sure now cause
i did it long time ago and the map does not open on the RMPQEx
