MPQ Helper Parameter support version

One day, someone sent pm to me.
He said "is it possible to make it 1 line on command line?"
So i made 1 line CLI version.
MPQ Helper
ps. No-parameter and drag&drop still support on this version.
ps2. Links in SProtect/SSProtect thread will also change to this.
