The map creator quietly encrypts the codes, is it possible to decode this then what I outlined?

It's obfuscated, use RMPQEx to deobfuscate the code.

What is it you want to "decrypt" ?
The unit name?
Show the entire result?
Give me an example and I will make a command for you.
