How to implement Live Game Scanner of MPQ ?

Is there anyone know how to use Live Game Scanner of MPQ. i dk how to make it work.
When i clicked ''scan'' ,it called ''Failed to perform the name scan from the following reason: Incorrect Function.''
What should i do?

That function was supposed to open your warcraft and start map, scanning map while play.
Try to look for folder configs on MPQ Editor, one should be related to W3 Folder.

I selected the right Game Path to W3 Folder as you said and it had that problems :(
Does it work on win7 32bit?
It is good if you can guide me through some screenshots.Thks
