why do I get this error (writes: could not open file : war3mapImported\windowarcnone.mdl

The file is not in the MPQ. I do have a question though, does this map use any external files? such as .mix? If yes, find it and open the MPQ, look for the file and put it in the Map's MPQ.

I found the mix file inserted into the map using mpq and still the same error

Won't be surprised that you're doing something wrong. Tell me in steps how you did the whole procedure.
