Download maps Urgent Help

Hi
please can some one tell me why cant i download maps from this site,,
i am a member and i am also loggd in when trying to download map.
When i click the link to download the file it taKes me to a screen where i can see the option to download the map and the option to vist the map hacked server, when i click on any of the options it doesnt do any thing
