hello. I am a Korean who is not good at English.
But I came to this site with someone's introduction.
I have a map in Korean and want to translate this map into English.
But I can not open this map with the map editor. Maybe it's locked.
  What should I do?

We do not translate maps, but hopefully someone can deprotect your map to help you in World Editor.

Well, you can make a request in the map request section for someone to deprotect it for you. Then, you can open it and translate the map yourself.
