How can i edit exp drop rate ? , i can't find exp drop rate , somebody help me

experience don't drop, do they? ;o
what is exp drop rate lol. are you looking to increase experience rate coming from killing creeps?

constant native SetPlayerHandicapXP takes player whichPlayer, real handicap returns nothing
