What's the problem? the MPQ or the map itself?

Try to open with the latest version, if it don't open and if don't open on read-only mode too, report the issue on him github. Moving to correct forum.

Umm... I'm using the latest version, Ladik's MPQ v 3.5.1.814.
So I must sent him an email?

Open a new issue with the map uploaded
here and he probably will fix that.
