Quickest way to enter cheats?

So i've been in a couple games as of late, after returning from a few year hiatus and it seems people are able to crash you during load screen, thereby preventing you from finding out who is doing it by replay.

And on top of that, despite using a script to enter the cheats quickly someone people are still able to outspeed me and im not seeing any "cheat confirmed" messages in replay like normal so im wondering, is anyone awhere of an injection that sends commands for you unseen? Or perhaps a way to start in obs chat right off the bat? Because the selecting of obs takes about 1 second which could be enough. Or is there perhaps a way to freeze load for everyone else because in one replay i noticed the replay starts at 5 seconds in, which is easily enough time to type every cheat you need.

Any insight is much appreciated, apparently I am way out of the game.

Quickest way to ACTIVATE cheats? I Think that has to be a NAME ACTIVATION.
Game detects your name while game is loading. I don't think there is a faster way.
Second quickest is probably arrow activator, as it doesnt require you to change text to OBS and type somthing. It is a matter of how many clicks it takes.
Lastly the string is probably the slowest. So good luck out speeding some one who copy pasted the PW, is waiting at the F12 (open chat options) and has his mouse at the OBS chat option
