Cannot create game

I got a trouble: Cannot create game when I insert Sabrac cheat pack, and I cannot solve this trouble. I hope you can help me.
My information:
Map: Dday Judgement 19.9b Mid
Warcraft version: 1.23a
Attachment: war3map (Original), war3map(Inserted sabrac cheat pack), Sabrac cheat pack, Map Dday Judgement 19.9b Mid
