Question about hacked maps
is it possible for all the maps that i made to be compatible with other players maps? because when i insert a cheat pack they always download the map again even though they have the official map

Well of course there going to download it... it's not the same...
It doesn't matter if you were to change the smallest thing or
redo the whole thing... if it's differnt then what they got
they got to download it...

Aka, the absolute answer is no, it's not possible, it won't ever be possible, and it hasn't ever been possible. A rare bug may occur that they will not have to download it, but right after the game starts, they will be booted from the game.
