when i change data in map it makes fatal error

what's the problem? i want to change two feature
one is .j file
and
one is Units/Abillitydata.slk
i know there can be big problem when i touch the .j file in wrong way
but in this case i just changed critical strike's probability to 20 -> 100 and it makes fatal error when loading
