I Need your help about unhex TD map

i've tried to unhex this TD map by following how to unhex somj2hM16. but my only work is just found that there is BN3.somj2hM16 and real header is in 000015F0

i want to know about 4 things.

first. where is real header?

second. the data before 000015F0 are useless?

third. 000015F0 is real header?

fourth. how to unhex this stuff.

2) all data from 0x00000200 to 0x00008420 useless
3) no
